Culture diversity has to do with how we lead one another inside a culture. Diversity comes from the difference in ideas, ideologies and methodologies of how we show up as a human being in the workplace, business, and community. That is why there is something called reactive cultural tendencies and creative cultural tendencies that will be tackled in depth. And it will be linked back to the idea of that we are here in it together. But if we are in not together, how awe are going to avoid “Culture Fatigue” and it will be explained more through an exercise. When it comes to culture diversity, it is important to identify with the different kinds of values of cultures. And then he will talk about the difference between reactive and creative cultures as CEOs, senior management and employees in general. And all of this will be linked to the importance of how diversity, culture and inclusivity is affecting business today.
